Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. It also works in Excel for Windows and Mac.

Is this tax advice?

No. It's a tracking tool. Tax rules differ by country and by person, so check your own obligations with a qualified accountant or your tax authority.

Can I change the fee rates?

Yes. Platform fees, categories and currency are set on the Settings tab.
